Note: "Course start date" refers to the official beginning date of live sessions for in-person or live-online courses, or the date you gain access to course materials for self-paced online courses.
3. Course-Specific Refund Policies
3.1 Live In-Person Courses
For courses delivered in physical classroom settings:
- Full refund (100%): Available up to 14 days before the course start date
- 75% refund: Available 7-13 days before the course start date
- 50% refund: Available up to 6 days before the course start date
- 25% refund: Available only on the first day of class before the first session begins
- No refund: After the first session has commenced
3.2 Live Online (Virtual) Courses
For courses delivered via live virtual platforms:
- Full refund (100%): Up to 7 days before the first live session
- 50% refund: Up to 48 hours before the first live session
- 25% refund: After the first session but within the first week, having attended no more than one session
- No refund: After attending two or more sessions
3.3 Self-Paced Online Courses
For courses accessed entirely online at your own pace:
- Full refund (100%): Within 14 days of purchase if less than 10% of course content has been accessed and no certificate of completion has been issued
- 50% refund: Within 14 days of purchase if 10-25% of content accessed
- No refund: If more than 25% of content accessed, if more than 14 days have passed since purchase, or if certificate has been issued
3.4 Course Bundles and Package Deals
For bundled course packages or multi-course programs:
- Refund eligibility is determined based on the bundle as a whole, not individual courses
- If any course in the bundle has been accessed or started, the entire bundle may become non-refundable
- Special bundle pricing discounts will be recalculated if partial refunds are granted
- Individual courses within a bundle cannot be refunded separately
3.5 Certification Programs
For comprehensive certification programs:
- Refund requests must be made before completing the first course module
- Once the first assessment is submitted, the program becomes non-refundable
- Maximum refund available is 75%, even within the first 14 days
- Special payment plan participants may have different refund terms outlined in their payment agreements
4. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are generally non-refundable:
- Downloadable materials: Once downloaded, course materials, templates, or resources are non-refundable
- Completed courses: Courses that have been fully completed or for which certificates have been issued
- Promotional pricing: Courses purchased at promotional discounts may have more restrictive refund terms
- Administrative fees: Processing fees, payment plan setup fees, or certification fees may be non-refundable
- Third-party services: External examination fees, accreditation fees, or third-party platform fees
- Expired access: Requests made after your course access period has fully expired

5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
5.1 Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected medical emergencies or personal crises may prevent course completion. In such cases:
- You may request an exception to our standard refund policy
- Supporting documentation (such as medical certificates) may be required
- We may offer alternatives such as course credit, transfer to a future session, or extended access
- Each case will be reviewed individually with compassion and fairness
5.2 Course Cancellations by Us
If Financial Consulting Courses cancels a course:
- You will receive a full 100% refund with no deductions
- Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your enrollment to another course of equal or lesser value
- If transferring to a more expensive course, you pay only the difference
- Refunds for our cancellations are processed within 10 business days
5.3 Technical Issues
If significant technical problems prevent access to course materials:
- You must report issues promptly to our technical support team
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical problems quickly
- If issues cannot be resolved within 7 days, you may be eligible for a full refund
- Minor technical inconveniences or user error do not qualify for refunds
5.4 Course Content Dissatisfaction

- Subjective dissatisfaction with course content does not automatically qualify for refunds outside the standard refund window

7. Refund Processing

- Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account
- You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed
7.2 Refund Method
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/debit card refunds are credited back to the original card
- Bank transfer payments are refunded via bank transfer to the originating account
- For payment plan participants, only paid installments (minus applicable deductions) will be refunded
7.3 Partial Refunds
When partial refunds are granted:
- Deductions will be clearly itemized in the refund confirmation
- Administrative fees, payment processing fees, or accessed materials may be deducted

8. Alternatives to Refunds

- Pay the difference for more expensive courses

8.2 Course Credit
Receive course credit toward future purchases:
- Credit typically equals the refundable amount
- Credit is valid for 12 months from issuance
- Credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
8.3 Extended Access

- Extended access period to complete the course at your own pace
- Additional support resources or tutoring

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Important Notice: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and ineligibility for future enrollments.
If you have a payment concern:

- We are committed to resolving payment issues fairly and quickly
- Chargebacks initiated without attempting to resolve issues with us may result in collection actions for any owed amounts
- Account access will be terminated pending resolution of payment disputes
